☆ Unless discussed otherwise, the commission will be posted on my socials with a watermark and you tagged.

I'm currently also juggling university, so standard waiting time is 1-2 months. However, I will always aim to get it done sooner! If you have a specific deadline, please let me know in your initial message.☆WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER PAYMENT☆
I will be sending you low resolution jpegs of my progress to check in if you'd like any changes. I can only accept 3 free revisions after the final render, so please try to communicate your vision as clearly as possible!☆USAGE RIGHTS☆
The commission cannot be used to enter any competitions online or offline.
The commission cannot be used for financial gain or marketing unless I am made aware beforehand. If the commission is for commercial use, new terms of agreement must be agreed to.☆COMMERCIAL COMMISSIONS☆
For a fee or separate agreed upon terms of compensation, a commercial use license can be purchased which would allow the commissioner to use the commissioned work for approved sorts of money making and advertising activity except for “NFT” or “Non Fungible Token” transactions or advertising “NFTs” or “Non Fungible Tokens” or any other crypto-currency related activities.
The commercial use license fee, approved uses, and any additional terms will be discussed and decided upon on a case-by-case basis.
The customer may only use the commissioned artwork in commercial ways previously discussed and approved within the agreement.☆OTHER PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES☆
-Commissioned artworks may not be used to advertise, encourage, or support hate or discrimination to any groups based on age, race, ethnicity, ability or disability, gender and/or sexual/romantic orientation, political alignment, appearance, or religion.-Commissioned artwork, at any stage, may not be altered or edited by anyone except for myself unless it is a necessary function of the project. I must be made aware of this before working on the project.-Any artwork by me may never be used for AI technology. It may not be used to train, advertise, endorse, or otherwise benefit AI technology in any capacity.-Any artwork by me may never be used for NFT activities. This includes advertising or endorsing NFTs/ NFT sales as well as using as NFTs.☆TERMINATION & REFUNDS☆
-Full refunds are only applicable before I start the sketch or if there's been no progress for two consecutive months.
-Half refunds are applicable only during and after the base colouring stage, before any rendering.
-No refunds are applicable during or after rendering!This honours my time spent and resources used!I reserve the right to reject, stop working on or cancel the commission due to any
terms being breached such as communication, inability to understand commission
changes, or due to rude, difficult, or inappropriate behaviour.
I retain the right to terminate the art commission at any stage of the process
